Grilled Cheese
(Gluten-Free, Egg-Free, Dye-Free, Salicylate-Free, Sulfite-Free, Artificial-Sweetener-Free)

Ingredients
2 slices of Udi's Gluten Free white bread
2 slices of mozzarella (or any other organic, white cheese)
2 T butter

Heat skillet on medium low heat.  Melt 1 tablespoon of butter.  Carefully place one piece of bread on the melted butter.  Layer the mozzarella and then the last piece of bread.  (Gluten-free bread will burn faster than bread made with wheat.)  Check the bottom of the bread every minute until desired grilling/browning has occured.  Flip the sandwich and allow the "top" to brown.  Grilling over medium low heat should allow the cheese just enough to to begin to melt.

Garlic Cheese Chicken
(Gluten-Free, Egg-Free, Dye-Free, Salicylate-Free, Sulfite-Free, Artificial-Sweetener-Free)

Ingredients
4 organic chicken breasts
8 oz organic cream cheese
4 cloves organic garlic
Sea Salt (optional)

Grill chicken in a skillet or on the grill.  (Sea salt to taste.)  While chicken is grilling, remove cream cheese from box, but leave it in the foil wrapper.  Place in a gallon ziploc and seal.  Submerge in a bowl of hot water for 20 minutes.  Using a food processor, finely chop the garlic.  Combine the garlic and cream cheese and spread over each chicken breast as you remove them from the heat.  (You could also use the garlic cream cheese as a dip on the side.)

Ingredients
3/4 C frozen berries (berries are high in salicylates) (*substitute bananas if desired)
1 C organic 1% milk
3/4 C organic orange juice (or we like organic orange, strawberry banana) (oranges are high in salicylates) (*substitute pear juice if desired)
1 scoop Amazing Grass Amazing Meal Chocolate infusion

Blend all ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet.
